Speedily have your portrait Stitched via a live video call.

Watch as I capture your likeness with my sewing machine as I speak to you about your life. Scraps of material are appliqued onto the art work to match what you are wearing, fabric is used to capture jewellery and words are selected from your story and are hidden within the piece.

During the portrait, I use two cameras, one so you can watch the work live as it happens and the other to talk with me. You are welcome to be doing something you enjoy doing or holding a prop which represents a part of you.

Once you purchase a portrait, we can find the nearest time and date to perform the work.

I love stitching portraits and before the pandemic I always chose to work from life. As a lot of these opportunities have been taken away, I began stitching portraits via Zoom. It has been brilliant! I get to meet interesting people from around the world and they get to watch me work as I react to them and our conversation.
